The Right Trigger Words

This article by Jared Spool looks at the words a user searches for on a website.  The content of the site will determine the words the user is most likely to look for, and testing/observing the user is one way to glean these most-likely words.

From the article:

Trigger words are the words and phrases that trigger a user into clicking. They contain the essential elements to provide the motivation to continue with the site.
