POL, V2012, S10, Internet, Intranet, oh my!

Patient Connection, Vision2012, and the S10 (aka morgue) app are wrapping up finally, I think.  And that’s a good thing as the two big projects on my horizon are the redesign efforts for peacehealth.org and the Crossroads intranet.  These will be long-term projects that will take up most, if not all of my time.  I’m the lead on the Crossroad’s project and am doing a bunch of research on intranets, especially health care related ones.  User centered design should be a big part of this, as will working with an outside design agency.  This will be challenging, complex work – I’m really looking forward to it!
